Nathan turned 6 months old on the 25th. After some consideration, we decided to keep him. The first three months of his colicky life were touch and go. When he slept, we wanted him. When he screeched, we didn't. Fortunately for us, we have a six month mandatory trial period and at three months and one week Nathan realized he was stuck with his body and decided to make the best of it. He has been a peach ever since and like I said, we've decided to keep him.
At times we wish the six month mandatory trial period could be applied to our three and four year olds but overall, we're happy with our choice to keep James and Daphne as well.

Your kids are cuties, Heather! No one could mistake the family resemblance...
Love the pictures. I'll bet Nathan is relieved his trial period is over. The kids are so grown up and cute. Can't wait til Thanksgiving.
Ha ha! I'm glad they're all keepers (and that you're done with colic). Such a beautiful family you have there.
They are all growing up so fast! Beautiful family. I love your blog, Heather. Definitely keep it up. You always make me think. And smile :)
I actually got emotional---in a good, admiring way---as I read your second-to-the-last entry. Well said, Heather. Your passion truly comes through and you are such an intelligent person. I'm SO glad I have you as a friend. Keep being...you!
Your kids are so absolutely adorable. Your Daphne and my Tessa sound like soul sisters. Those barely 3-year-olds can be quite the little sass-masters.
I read this post awhile ago but am just now catching up on making comments. I love this one. And I love hearing your voice in your writing.
