It didn’t take long for James to assume his customary role as clan defender.
Nathan, however, after playing through his earlier naptime only wished to commune with his crib.

Wow!! Just read both your posts and caught up with what the "heck" you've all been up to! Thanks for the update. Lots of changes for your family, but you all look great and are living in a beautiful place. Hope Doug can join you soon. Keep the updates coming, Heather!
Cute pictures! And, boy, does it look cold! Glad Doug could come visit! Love ya! ! ! ! !
Yep. Definitely bout the journey. I'm impressed you went out in that cold. We're trying to do an outdoor family adventure every month, but so far I've been too chicken. I'll let your adventure inspire me. :)
Your little family outing looks like fun! It looks beautiful in Montana, from the pics that you posted. Love the pics from your hike. So, I know it has been such a long time since I have seen you and your family. Daphne was just a baby when we last saw you. Your kids are so cute! Makayla will be 3 in May. She is so much fun. Everything is pink, girly, and princess. I am sure that Daphne and her would get along just fine. It's good to see how you guys are doing.
Oh heather! I love reading your words, you are so witty and hilarious! I laugh everytime! I love the pictures of the kids, they are so sweet. I miss them so much!!!
We're bringing bear spray!
